When I choose a plan or sign a contract with Answering Service Care, am I obligated without any options to change?
Absolutely not. We offer month-to-month options, as well as the ability to switch plans when and if applicable. Our answering services and related add-on services are bundled and customized to fit your budget, your needs and the way you do business.
Can I check my usage whenever I want?
Yes, of course. You can contact a member of our customer service team at any time to get a real-time update on your usage. You can also log in to your 24/7 online customer portal to check your stats as well.
We don’t want to change our phone number. Will we need to do this if we sign on with Answering Service Care?
No. Our clients can keep all of their existing phone numbers even after they have begun service with us. That said, we do also offer local number and toll-free number options for those whose business and marketing efforts would be aided by these answering service tools.
Are you strictly a live answering service, or do you also offer special bundles or service add-ons?
We offer a comprehensive array of answering service-related services, options and add-ons. We also offer expert consultation and advice as to what makes the most sense for your company. We would never sell you services that you didn’t need, nor would we recommend something that just didn’t make sense.
