We provide live telephone answering services to companies all across our great nation. The businesses we serve are in some of the following industries: medical, legal, real estate, construction and entertainment.

Shifts are below; please inquire about remaining availability when you meet our hiring manager as sometimes we find Smiling Faces pretty quick :-)

(Please note that shifts require working one weekend day)

Available Shifts:

  • Full Time Mid Day: 11:00am – 7:30pm
  • Full Time Evenings: 2:30pm – 11:00pm

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be tasked with four important objectives (on top of being an awesome co-worker):

  • Creating an excellent caller experience with your amazing personality and professionalism
  • Taking accurate messages for our clients
  • Delivering messages to our clients timely so they can make important business decisions
  • Being a positive influence to those around you

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED; some college experience preferred or degree a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
  • Telephone Answering Service/Customer Service experience a plus
  • Type 25 wpm
  • Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!

Our Work From Home Opportunities are structured around a performance-based pay model. You can actually maximize your earning potential by working during our peak periods! We will go over our revolutionary pay model during the interview.

The shifts below creatively target those aforementioned peaks and will give you the best opportunity to meet and exceed production goals, and in turn, make more $$$!   • Part Time Evening: 4:30pm-8:30pm
  • Full Time or Part Time Day/Evening: 7:45 am – 11:45 am and 5pm-9:30pm (split shifts available)

  • Provide your own high-speed internet, PC and headset (we will go over technical requirement specifics during the interview)
  • Must complete training and skill development in office at our Margate, FL headquarters before fully transitioning to an at home role.
