I just wanted to quickly tell you about my experience with Walter Azua today. I called your company because of a small problem with the info that was being sent to us on after hours calls and requesting the email list that you have on file because we want to make some changes.
Walter was extremely helpful and extremely efficient. He understood my problem quickly, let me know that it was a priority to him, handled the problem quickly and got back with me quickly.
