Testing your Answering Service Account
Once your Answering Service account is all set up and ready to go, you’ll want to remember to test it out to make sure everything is working exactly as it should be.
To help you test your account easily and quickly, we have put together a simple Account Testing Checklist. Once your account has been signed off on and is up and running, you and/or any member of your team should be able to phone in as a regular caller and ensure that everything is running smoothly.
