Unconditional Call Forwarding

Frontier Unconditional Call Forwarding

This technique forwards all incoming call to the answering service.

 

Activate

When you hear a dial tone, dial  7 2. When you hear the second dial tone, dial the number you want your calls forwarded to. Call Forwarding is activated when someone answers the number you dialed. If you receive a busy signal or no answer, hang up and repeat the first step within two minutes. You will get a confirmation tone indicating that this option is activated.

Exceptions: 

  • For Indiana (Citizens and Fairmount), Illinois (all areas), Pennsylvania (Enterprise and Oswayo River), Alabama (Midsouth) and Wisconsin (Mondovi): Dial 7 2 #
  • For Rhinelander : Dial  7 2 #.

Deactivate

Dial  7 3.

Exceptions:

  • For Rhinelander : Dial  7 3 #.


Control

This method gives you full control on when you want to use the answering service. You are able to connect (and disconnect) at your discretion.

You Will Never Miss A Call

Each customer is important, so it is crucial that you never miss an opportunity to speak with that customer. Having the answering service on ‘auto-pilot’ means that at any given time there is someone waiting to answer those calls that you will not be able to.
